All members of the Embalmers Association Singapore (EAS) shall strictly adhere to the Constitution. Public health, as well as the health and safety of persons related to or involved in the entire funeral ceremony, must be observed at all time.

 

All members of EAS will also, at all times and in all circumstances, act vigilantly by observing the laws of Singapore. All members of EAS shall render services with absolute allegiance while observing the highest standard of competence and dignity.

 

Confidentiality of EAS’s related activities and businesses shall be observed at all times.  Due respect in areas such as customary rites of races, nationalities and creeds shall be given without deception or misinterpretation of any manner.

 

Current knowledge and skills in embalming and embalming related products and services shall be shared amongst all members of EAS.  All members of EAS are encouraged to participate in continuing education and training so as to ensure that their knowledge and skills are relevant and up to date.

 

Any public announcements shall only be made by the EAS’s Executive Council.

 

All members of EAS shall fully acknowledge their duties to make themselves fully conversant with the Constitution of the Association.

 

All members of EAS are to abide and adhere to the Code of Ethics at all times.
